Currently we are a ‘garage gym’, but have more than ample room and equipment to ensure all members get a great workout.
Our main goal is to make every athlete we train become better both physically and mentally. Every person that walks into the gym is an athlete in our eyes. Since athletes are at different levels we scale our workouts as needed to fit each individual athlete and ensure they get a great workout that challenges their specific level of athleticism. With scaling anyone from an 8 year old boy to an 80 year old grandmother can do CrossFit safely, effectively, and in turn improve themselves both physically and mentally. All we ask from our athletes is to give their very best each and every day. If you give your all you can, and will improve. You can become a Hero…To Your Family, To Your Friends, To Yourself.
